The postgame Fourth of July fireworks didn't
start until after the game ended but Tyler Baumgartner and Allen Hewey set off a
big celebration for the Kitsap BlueJackets Wednesday.
Baumgartner doubled down the left-field line with two outs in the ninth inning and came home to score on Hewey's RBI single up the middle as the BlueJackets beat the Cowlitz Black Bears 2-1 in a West Coast League baseball game at Gene Lobe Field at the Fairgrounds.who serves as accepted administrator at shaolin kung fu and Sushi at the hotel.
"That was a heck of a game," said Hewey. "Stuart (Fewel) kept us in the game, and we sneaked it out. The energy was there. It felt good to get one out there."
